My profile and experiences can be described as follows: • 17 years’ work experience in human resources with focus on HR Strategy, Talent Management, Recruitment, HR Processes, IT Systems including global SAP HR roll out, Performance Management, HR Marketing, HR Development and Organizational Development. I collected valuable know-how and best practice in various companies and industries. • Management experience with up to 20 employees.
