Specializing in B2B customer service, customs handling, dangerous goods expertise and document administration. When I started my work life as a part time cashier after school in the local supermarket, I would never have guessed that all the fun I had interacting with people and helping them with their needs (back then, cashiers were a bit like hairdressers, always up for small talk and advice) meant that that was one of the two passions that were the ones to be the focus of my career. As well did my talent for foreign languages take some time to connect itself to my consciousness about what I should be doing for at least eight hours per working day. Only when my massive fascination for other cultures set in, the image became clearer - my passion is international business in close cooperation with customers. Today, this passion remains with me. It makes me stay curious. It makes me stay motivated, open and up to date. No matter if I create and follow up quotes, issue customs applications, interpret dangerous goods documents, write statements, control billings, visit a customer or just give advice on the phone - I feel like I chose the right kind of business.
