About Bernd Lojewski

Who I am I consider myself as an internationally experienced, pragmatic and systematic "designer and optimizer" of workflows, projects and above all, processes. I have the distinctive ability to always keep an eye on the "big picture" from a customer’s value point of view and at the same time, if necessary, to find effective and efficient solutions deep down on the "work level" and to implement those quickly. Thanks to my strong social and communication skills, I am able to motivate and integrate people in such a way that they are always an active part of the solution. I am a valued consultant / coach / mentor who acts purposefully and consistently and always demonstrates a constructive, cooperative and solution-oriented working style. My Core Competencies Assertive, customer focused. Operational project management experience and experience as a Steering Committee member. In-depth knowledge in the design and implementation of effective management and production systems and processes, especially in the area of supply chain management/production of electronics manufacturing including test engineering. Strong communication skills, also on an international level, as well as business fluent English skills due to several years of professional stay in the USA. Many years of international experience in the IT/telecommunications sector (Deutsche Telekom, Telefónica, and Verizon). What motivates me most I demand of myself that I always develop solutions for my customers (internal and external) that offer added value for them and their customers. I prefer sustainable long-term improvements to short-term, one-sided optimized measures. If possible, this is always done in partnership with all the shareholders involved.
