Expertise in the field of vehicle safety systems, e-mobility, and autonomous driving. Numerous years of responsibility in guiding a technical team and managing the annual budget of an EE development department in Advanced Engineering. Key competencies in Leadership, Entrepreneurship, development of team skills and management of resource capacity. Successful generation of strategies and concepts for advanced designs and future series products, sustainable development of automotive systems starting from scretch, building up prototypes and verification of their feasibility. Strong focus is on serial factors such as manufacturability, production costs, reliability and promising business cases.
