About Bernhard Schlagbauer
I’m Bernhard – cognitive scientist, user researcher, and currently Head of UX Research at Appsfactory. It is my mission to bring facts and insights to the table, enabling data-driven decisions. I believe that good user-centered products are built when there is not just talk about, but with the people who are supposed to buy and use those products. With a background in Neuro-Cognitive Psychology, several years of experience in the games industry and since 2022 leading UX Research for our clients with their wide range of digital products at Appsfactory, I combine scientific thinking with hands-on research practice. I enjoy turning complex questions into well-structured studies and turning data points into actionable insights about real user needs – through interviews, surveys, usability testing and app- and website-tracking.
