About Bernhard Stobitzer

As a Senior Value Engineer for Discrete Manufacturing I drive value discussions with business concerning all processes of the enterprise. Together with our customers I help discover improvement potential and roadmaps on how to get there. Alongs with these activites we develop business cases which help our customers to assess the value potential involved in investments. In the past year more and more discussions all around the Internet of Things and Industrie 4.0 have come up. Many customers have heard about the topic but don't know yet how they could adopt the full potential of the fourth Industrial revolution. In Design Thinking workshops I help my customers to develop new processes and whole new business models. My main focus in my professional work is moderation and facilitation. As a Design Thinking coach I develop workshop concepts together with my customers in order to achieve goals identified before. Whether these workshops involve 5 or 250 people doesn't really matter to me. On the contrary: the more difficult and complex the workshops and groups get the more thrilling this experience can be. In my private live I use these skills to do moderations of events in sports, but also on stage. I moderate summer parties with up to people. Ms Main private Happening is a children holiday activity with 160 kids. We are running PfinziWATZ since 2012. Kids are extremely happy and learn a lot about real live.
