A seasoned food and beverage expert with more than 35 years’ experience in the international hospitality industry and a proven track record and expertise in concept innovation, implementation and delivery. Combining my passions for food, wine, travel and building relationships, I have forged a career in delivering the highest quality food and beverage experiences, which started out with renowned hotel and restaurant operations in my native Austria. I further developed my skills, knowledge and expertise within the field in the world-class cruise industry and progressed to my current position as Corporate Food & Beverage Manager with leisure travel industry leader TUI Group, based in Sweden. Currently I am responsible for hotels and partner food and beverage concept management – from design, delivery and implementation to auditing – to ensure strict corporate standards are maintained and guest satisfaction scores are achieved across the company and hotel brands including Blue Star, Blue Village, TUI BLUE, TUI FAMILY LIFE, TUI SENSATORI and TUI SUNEO.
