I have 9 years' Recruitment experience, my roles in Recruitment, has mostly consisted of a mixture of agency recruitment, and contracting. I've always wanted to satisfy a business's needs, in a way that meets the business's goals for a transformative outcome. With the most recent company, Join Talent, it has been focused around RPO Recruitment, which means that we were embedded into our various projects/clients. Collectively, I spent 3 years at Join Talent, on different projects. As of January 2025, I have left Join Talent and joined Boku, as a Global Principal Talent Partner. My main focus, is stakeholder management and driving recruitment across the globe. I am a highly motivated individual that works hard and always wants to learn and grow. I find joy and satisfaction in my work, and I don't rest until the task is completed. I am ready for any challenge, and I would like to make a difference and an Impact, anywhere I go. I have Analytical skills; I have done numerous reports and market mapping. I am also well versed in terms of reference checking, and I fundamentally understand copywriting. I've worked on numerous ATS systems (Workable, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, bullhorn, placement partner, AWS internal, Zoho, Hubspot and iCIMS) to name a few. I have done the whole 360-degree Recruitment Cycle and I fully understand every aspect of it.
