5 years of academic study, 4 years of professional work experiences, 3 professional internships in diverse backgrounds, 2 life-changing travel experiences, and 1 year of devoted preparation, Bernice Lee is now realizing her dream by pursuing her Master of Global Management program at Thunderbird School, targeting Digital Audience Strategy and Global Digital Transformation. Before her life at Thunderbird, she worked as an English consultant and sales representative in the online English education company. Her profession lies in sales and customer relationship management. With four years of professional experience as a sales consultant, she conducted demo hours and served over clients from across Taiwan, China and Japan. She received an average customer service satisfaction rate of 99.7% during her 4-years of service, which also proves her proficiency at customer relationship management. Majored in Business Administration during her undergraduate study, Bernice developed her passion in marketing, digital marketing and brand management. With her passion for marketing in mind, She started her very first marketing-related internship as a marketing assistant for a digital marketing company called Atomic Marketing based in London, England. She enjoyed the benefit of the company's flat-organizational structure and directly work with the CEO. This internship experience was one of the most inspiring professional experiences and determined her interest and love for market analysis. During the same period of time, Bernice took another internship position for an Internet security monitoring software company as a marketing assistant, where she was in charge of business development and data analysis. She developed over 200+ potential clients, proposed new marketing strategies, analyzed existing client database on Excel to determine potential clients, and improved overall business development strategy. This internship inspired her interest in data analysis and she continued her passion at Thunderbird by learning to operate Tableau to better sharpen her visualization skill. She also interned for a consulting company as an event coordination assistant and helped organizing two public leadership seminars and one private corporate training seminar. She appreciates this experience since she was able to absorb affluent knowledge regarding event coordination and learnt from real-life experiences. It was a detail-oriented position that required focus and patience, and it made her realize that her ability to perform even better under stress.
