I am a fast learner and always looking to expand my knowledge in different areas of expertise. I was a team member in the Enterprise Service Management (ESM)/Service Operations Management (SOM) Service Area Management (SAM) with a role of Release Management Subject Matter Expert (RM SME) in the past. The SOM SAM is a global service ensuring operations excellence that has subject matter experts in the areas of Change Management, Problem Management, Incident Management, Release Management, and Metrics that support the various Standard Operating Environments (SOE) Application Support Team projects at EDS, an HP Company.
