I always try to keep a positive attitude to show how much I enjoy my job. Every day I come to work with a positive mind set. I am constantly congratulating others on their successes. When others need encouragement, I try and motivate them to keep improving. Keeping an even demeanor through both good times and bad is a strentgh that many people do not have, however it comes easy to me. When working with patients, I clearly communicate with them in order to provide the best care service possible.Clear documention of my work on assignments allows others to easily access the information and findings.I don’t rely on common methods to solve a problem but address each situation with creative solutions. I look at each problem with a fresh perspective. However, I plan on working to improve on having an innovative mindset,and allow my verbal communication skills to continue to grow.
