About Bernie Maher

My role is to lead the ANZ Sales Team for the Hospital Care group at Telstra Health. Telstra Health has evolved over the years to be a large and extremely capable organisation with a suite of solutions that support most part of clinical and administrative workflows. With the acquisitions of Medical Director and PowerHealth Solutions in recent years, few organisations have the breadth and depth of capability that Telstra Health has developed. My role capitalises on my experience in clinical systems strategic sales plus my experience in large clinical systems and technology organisations. Education - Electronics Engineering (Digital Systems and Computer stream) with Distinction from RMIT University, Melbourne Australia Background in technology organisations (software and Systems Integration) and IT recruitment. Military background - 17 years experience in Royal Australian Air Force flying Iroquois helicopters, Squirrel helos, Macchi jet trainers, C130H. Held several Staff positions including representing the RAAF (C130) on the Defence Deployable Joint Force Headquarters. Specialties: Extensive experience in complex sales process and contract negotiation across Australia, NZ and Asia.
