About Berno Botha
I graduated from the North-West University in Potchefstroom with a B Com(Law) degree in 2018 and LLB degree in 2020. I completed my articles in 2022 in Pretoria at a law firm where I gained experience in property development. This triggered my interest in this specialized field of conveyancing. I joined the STBB Gauteng Development Unit in Sandton early in 2023 and was admitted as an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer in February 2023. I focus on sectional title developments, housing projects and the registration of the transfers and bonds which result from these developments.
