Really contributing to a better world, that's what drives me. In everything I do, I try to find an optimal balance between the business interest, the customer interest and the interest of society. Colleagues can always count on me. I am a safety net, but not a hammock. I enjoy working in a social environment, where people show interest in each other and try to get the best out of each day in a positive and inspiring way. In my work I get the most energy from developing a solution for complex (strategic) business issues in a structured way. I can play an advisory / consulting role, but I can also support a project/program or proces from A to Z.
