I am a native of Arizona with over 35 years of experience as a broker for CBRE in the local multifamily market providing transactional, valuation and underwriting advice to hundreds of developers, owners and investors, both private and institutional. I have extensive expertise in a variety of different types of multifamily transactions including pre-sale development deals, multifamily and mixed-use land sales including assemblages for development of both “market-rate” apartments and “purpose-built” student housing developments with an aggregate value of over $2.5B in consideration. As a consultant, I source “off market” urban infill, high density multifamily and student housing development opportunities for developers working closely with a diverse team including land-use attorneys, civil engineers, planners, general contractors and architects in pursuing entitlements for their projects, mitigating transaction risk, and overcoming neighborhood opposition.
