About Bert Lightle

With over 10 years of experience in the brewing and distilling industry, I have developed a passion for creating quality beverages and enhancing customer satisfaction. I have worked with some of the best brewers and distillers in the region, such as J. Rieger & Co, Smoke Brewing Co, and Crane Brewing Co, where I honed my skills in production, health and safety, and staff management and development. In June 2023, I decided to return to my roots in electronics, leveraging my military background as a radio operator and repair technician. I joined Spear Power Systems as the Electronics Lead, where I led the electronics assembly and drove process improvement and quality assurance. In June of 2023, I became a Technical Advisor at IAC, where I combined my experiences in brewing, distilling, and electronics expertise to provide innovative solutions and support to the industrial filtration market. I also obtained Google's digital marketing and e-commerce certification from Coursera, which has built on my past digital and social media marketing experiences. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new challenges that can help me grow as a professional and contribute to the success of my team and organization.
