About Bert Mendoza

I’m from Wilmington, NC and continue to call it home. I’m a follower of Jesus and have been married to my sweet wife Caroline since 2019. If I had to choose my favorite place to spend time between the mountains and the beach I would choose the beach but only because it’s closer. I enjoy being active, I play a variety of sports including soccer, volleyball, pickle ball and disc golf. I also enjoy fishing, backpacking and going on long walks with our dog Zion. — I worked in fast food and landscaping in High school. My sophomore year at UNCW I worked as a leasing agent at the apartment complex where I lived and later that year I worked as a nightshift manager at Wal-Mart. I’d work from 10pm - 7am, clock out, then rush to my 8am class. My senior year I received a sales and marketing internship at a medical device company called Surgilūm and a part time job at Scotts Hill Baptist Church as a Student Ministry Leader. Working and attending classes during the same season helped me learn valuable time management skills, how to prioritize deadlines, how to communicate effectively with different teams, and helped me develop tenacious endurance. In December of 2017 I graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a concentration in International Business. — Now I’m an experienced Account Executive who has worked with young companies and large corporations, helping them both fuel their businesses by generating consistent revenue. I’m experienced in selling SaaS products, coaching and development programs as well as safety certification services. I enjoy working with teams, talking to clients about their needs, being a resourceful problem solver and helping others see value as they make important business decisions.
