Hi, I'm Engelbert Mendoza - a Customer Service Lead with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. I have over 6 years of experience in the field with tons of transferrable skills as a virtual assistant. In my current role at Zichn Co, I lead a team of 5 and am responsible for maintaining a 4.8 customer satisfaction rating for 2022. I am the point-person for any new client tasks and requests and I am also responsible for process creation and improvement. Prior to this, I worked as a Customer Service Expert at Asurion, where I consistently achieved a 9.6 scorecard and was a part of the Knowledge Base Team. I have completed the Coach Apprenticeship program and also worked as a Community Operations Specialist at Uber Systems, Inc. where I was assigned to process development. My skills include process improvement, training, account management, problem-solving, Microsoft Office & Google apps proficiency, and data visualization. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, gaming, learning, and watching movies and series.
