I am a proven leader, teacher, trainer, and public speaker with more than 25 years of experience in guiding individuals, teams, and organizations to greater competency. I am skilled at communicating in ways that inform and empower, finding ways to encourage and equip others to grow personally and pursue collectively the shared goals of the organization. I am an effective and creative instructor and presenter, exploring memorable and meaningful ways to convey lessons using a wide variety of methods and media. I am proficient at creating and fine tuning informational and educational curriculum and programs, generating and teaching up to a dozen programs and a hundred unique lessons annually. I am experienced at training in areas such as leadership, team building, communication, conflict resolution, and character formation, but am always open and eager to learn and train in new areas. I connect easily with others from diverse backgrounds and perspectives and at every level of an organization. I collaborate effectively—thinking critically, celebrating differences, managing conflict, and working towards a supportive team environment and common solutions. I am highly organized with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieve goals and objectives. My background positions me well to approach new challenges with a fresh, innovative perspective. My extensive experience, education, and unique skill set are wonderfully suited to meet new obstacles.
