About Bert Rocconi

As the General Manager of LaQuinta Inn and Suites, I oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of this boutique hotel that offers a unique and memorable guest experience. I am responsible for managing the budget, revenue, sales, marketing, human resources, and quality standards of the hotel, as well as ensuring compliance with brand and corporate policies and procedures. I have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in various roles within the industry. I started my career as a front desk supervisor and worked my way up to guest service manager, assistant reservations manager, and assistant general manager, before becoming the general manager in March 2023. I have successfully led and supported multiple teams, projects, and initiatives, such as increasing customer loyalty, improving operational efficiency, and launching new services and amenities. I have also received multiple awards and recognition for my leadership, performance, and customer service skills. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Delta State University and a Hospitality management leadership certification from AHLEI. I am proficient in problem solving, flexible scheduling, and customer loyalty. I am always eager to learn new skills, embrace new challenges, and explore new opportunities in the hospitality industry. My goal is to create a positive and lasting impact on the guests, the staff, and the community.
