My experience includes managing and leading information security teams, with a focus on risk management and compliance. I have a strong background in both technical and business aspects of information security, with a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices, in both IT and OT sectors. I am skilled in developing and implementing security strategies, policies, and procedures, with a special emphasis on data leakage prevention programs that cover people, processes and technology. I believe that risks from insider threats are often underestimated, and I have years of experience in implementing effective data leakage prevention programs. One of my key strengths is my ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, breaking down complex cybersecurity terms into layperson's understanding.
