I started my career within advertising and the past 10+ years I have worked for small and large retailers and brands with a national or international/global focus. My core expertise is on Retail Media and Search. I managed millions of budget and currently responsible for developing and launching our own in-house retail media ad-tech solution at bol. After working for IPG mediabrands and being part of the global thought leadership team I've decided to leave IPG and take my advertising and business knowledge with me to help the fast growing Advertising via bol to scale the Retail Media offering and enhance the products that we are delevering towards the partners of bol. I started at bol as a Product Manager on the Advertiser Journey and putted my energy in making advertising easy, accessible and scaleable. With this team we developed and launched the advertising API and self service UI. We are growing fast and I'm proud to work with a wide range of backgrounds for this pure Dutch Brand, De winkel van ons allemaal. Since 2022 I started as a Group Product Manager for Sponsored Products and with this responsible for designing and developing our own in-house ad tech system from scratch. We successfully migrated all our advertisers to our new system and currently I’m responsible With 5+ scrum teams to enhance the Sponsored Products foundation and help our advertisers reach their goals. I work closely with 7+product managers in different domains to help our partners reach their goals and closely collaborate with other GPM’s, head of products,(Head of) engineering managers and product directors, marketing and sales teams to reach our goals. I am capable to connect and communicate at all levels within our organisation and complimented for this. Also quarterly report out meetings towards representatives of the bol board where part of my job and proven to be successful. I want to work based on mutual trust and respect, despite anyone's background and I believe in building strong diverse teams to accomplish results. I'm getting energy from reaching maximum growth and will not go for less. I’m motivated by enabling bussiness to grow through advertising
