I work in the Artist Relations department for Warner Music Group, one of the worlds leading record labels. In this role I work across the entire range of Warner labels with a wide roster Artists, from arranging promotional trips to event management. The role requires exceptional people skills, as well as a high degree of organisation. Prior to this role, I was the youngest Sales Manager for Latchways PLC - I worked there for three years in a high pressure, target driven sales environment. My focus was on new business development and maintaining customer relations in Latchways most emerging market, the energy sector. I had regular contact with senior risk and safety directors at the top blue chip companies in the industry, in order to grow Latchways’ customer portfolio. I have had experience working with clients across Europe and America, exposing myself to a wide range of business cultures.
