As the CEO and Chair of the Management Board of Lloyds Bank GmbH, I oversee the strategic direction and operations of the bank in Germany and the Netherlands, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with the group's vision and values. With over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, I have a proven track record of delivering profitable growth, managing risk, and leading change in complex and dynamic markets. I have a strong background in retail banking finance, having served as the Chief Operating Officer of Lloyds Bank plc's Consumer Finance Division from 2016 to 2018, where I was responsible for the digital transformation, product innovation, and customer satisfaction of the division. I also have extensive international experience, having been the Managing Director of Lloyds Bank and Bank of Scotland for Germany and the Netherlands from 2008 to 2016, where I established and grew the bank's presence and reputation in these countries. I hold an MBA with distinction from INSEAD and a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Twente. I am fluent in Spanish, German, and Dutch, and have a passion for solving new challenges.
