About Bertram Jansen

For my personal development the coronavirus lockdowns were kind of a blessing in disguise. For they made me find a 'lost love'. I rediscovered how much I like developing learning content. Moreover, I started learning how to design blended and online training programs. What I like most about my work is:* Visualising the behavioral changes needed for a better performance.* Designing (online) learning content and training programs that help bring about these changes.* Receiving feedback from participants and their supervisors about the effectiveness of the content and program. In the last few years I especially developed (online) learning content and programs for trade union volunteers. Volunteers that play an important role in awareness raising for workers' rights. And who are the first line of support when colleagues have issues at work. I'm strategic and hands on. Creative and structured. Independent and a team player.
