As Head of GTM Innovation I am exploring & executing on new ways to generate revenue for Make. Projects I am driving are among others: 1. Launched the Make Startup Program from scratch, partnering with Accelerators, Incubators, VCs to support Startups with Make 2. Leading the go to market for a new product version of Make, including defining go to market motion, pricing & initial customer acquisition 3. Leading the pricing council that is overseeing the Make Pricing Strategy Beyond that I am regularly representing Make as Speaker at events and podcasts, Roundtable & discussion panel leader. Working in a fast paced environment & building from the ground up is part of my professional DNA. I was one of the first employees of Celonis where I lead projects such as the geographical expansion into APAC region and was first man on the ground in the UK for Celonis, building up the team from scratch. After 5 years at Celonis, I made an internal move over to Make where I built up an entire sales led go to Market motion from zero & designed a new pricing strategy for Make. After having led teams with 15+ people under my reporting line, I decided to focus on working with small cross functional teams, leveraging no code tools & AI and applying lean startup approaches to launch new projects to make impact quickly.
