About Bertrand Comte

My journey has taken me through different worlds: professional sports, theater and cinema as an actor and producer, humanitarian work in Southeast Asia, and the hospitality industry where I started my career. I later worked in events, technology and digital marketing for a large international group, and spent several years at IMD Business School designing and organizing executive and leadership programs internationally, including in the Middle East.Today, as Commercial Director at Visconti Partners, I connect CEOs with the right sparring partner.Visconti Partners brings together 45 former CEOs who coach, mentor and develop current leaders, people who understand the complexity and pressure of leadership because they’ve lived it.When a CEO reaches out, my role is simple: understand their situation and match them with someone who has already been there.Beyond matchmaking, I help our coaches develop their business, I build partnerships, collaborate with investment funds and large organizations, and work with our marketing team to strengthen Visconti’s visibility and brand. I also contribute to expanding our international hubs and growing the collective globally.Alongside this role, I design and facilitate workshops on team development, collaboration and leadership dynamics. I also coach startups on their business strategy and support entrepreneurs and executives in preparing and delivering impactful public pitches.My mission: helping people perform at a high level with clarity and impact.
