I am currently employed as a Data Analyst for the largest property valuers in South Africa, where I manage the company’s internal Mass Valuation System (MVS) specialising in valuations and logistics. I work closely with upper management and the IT department to perform and analyse the assessment of IT-related infrastructure valuations across various industries. My focus areas have included property, trading and property management, wireless, mobile, e-commerce, entertainment, telecommunications, banking and finance, insurance, e-procurement and supply chain management, retail, wholesale and distribution. My work requires the finest attention to detail. This character trait has led to me being a favourite with national local- and metropolitan municipalities across the country where I work with valuation rolls in excess of 600 properties.
