Bery is an accomplished talent and organizational development leader with over a decade of experience driving transformative people strategies across diverse industries, including telecommunications, technology, consulting, mining, FMCG. He brings deep expertise in the full spectrum of organizational growth and development, with a strong focus on building high-impact learning ecosystems, leadership pipelines, and performance-based development frameworks. Bery has successfully designed and led end-to-end talent development initiatives, including organizational design, experiential learning programs, curriculum and instructional design, leadership acceleration, individual development planning, and learning effectiveness measurement. A certified facilitator and strategist, he is also known for his ability to translate business needs into targeted capability-building solutions that deliver measurable results. Beyond learning and development, Bery has spearheaded several cross-functional projects that strengthen organizational effectiveness—such as workforce and headcount optimization, enterprise risk management, and cross-functional leadership projects aimed at enhancing employee readiness and productivity. One of his most notable achievements is leading the Procurement Capability Training Program, a key component of the Procurement Modernization Project initiated by the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and the Government of Indonesia. This national reform program aimed to modernize public procurement and build institutional capability at scale.
