About Bess Koch

With over 10 years of project experience and a PMP certification, I manage a PMO which consist of various projects, programs, and portfolios around the company pertaining to product management, software implementation, process improvement, and automation streamlining. I use concepts from LEAN, Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies to deliver value and quality to my stakeholders, clients, and end-users. I work with multiple departments, locations, countries, ERPs, and C-suite leaders to align objectives, communicate progress, and resolve issues. One of my significant strengths is operational process improvement, which I am passionate about. I leverage my IT skills and knowledge to utilize automation and available technology to optimize workflows and save expenses and labor for my employer. I believe empowered teams, culture, leadership support, and strong vendor partnerships are crucial to these solutions. My ultimate career goal is to always be a part of a growing, productive team where I can contribute to the growth of the organization and acquire new skills based on the needs of my employer, fellow employees, and clients.
