About Beth Brown

My career started in the software industry from 1984 until 2002 working for database and data analytics companies based in San Francisco and Vancouver. In 2003 I pursued a goal I had set 10 years earlier and opened a portrait photography studio at the old Powder Factory in Kings Mill, Ohio. In 2005 we moved to Western North Carolina for a change of scenery and lifestyle. I have been a professional photographer for 20 years! Specialties: I specialize in real estate and vacation rental photography. I’ve been working with local realtors for over 15 years and have a wonder client base if a reference or referral is needed. Allen-Tate Beverly-Hanks, Keller-Williams, Re/Max Executive in the Waynesville and Asheville/WNC areas. We work with local and national vacation management companies to provide the best photos to give guests that great first impression. Owning and managing my own 4 vacation rental properties has given me experience in what is needed as both an owner and a guest. Being an artist I also have an eye for staging and can provide input and assistance in getting a home photo ready for the best presentation. Our photography experience is in DSLR/HDR photography. We are drone certified. We offer virtual tour experiences through YouTube videos and branded and unbranded URL’s and also a 360 experience using the Matterport technology.
