My coaching philosophy is simple: Career success isn’t a secret – it’s a mindset. I help you get clarity on what success looks like to you (not your peers, your family, or anyone else!) and support you to overcome what’s getting in the way. I believe everyone deserves to feel fulfilled and content in their professional life – and to find joy in their work. After all, we spend almost a third of our lives there! So I’m on a mission to help you move from stuck to success by tapping into your unique strengths and unlocking your inner wisdom and values. My coaching style empowers you to put your best self in the driving seat – at work and beyond. I also bring to the table years of management experience and a wealth of leadership and business insight. I’ve been responsible for educating thousands of professionals worldwide, mentoring teams, and designing professional development programmes that made a lasting impact. When it comes to that mid-career feeling of being stuck – I get it. I’ve been there. I found coaching a powerful help, and it was a turning point that unlocked my full self-belief and potential. That’s why I coach now – because I know the power it holds to transform lives. I transitioned from a 25-year career in adult education into full-time coaching. My background was in English Language Teaching (ELT) for adults, where (among other things) I trained and mentored managers and professionals to improve communication and leadership skills. I’ve worked and lived in six countries and contributed to projects across many more – experience that’s given me a deep understanding of how to adapt and thrive in diverse, global environments. Today, I offer leadership, career, and life coaching – supporting mid-career professionals, managers, and leaders who want more from their work and life. I specialise in helping people feel empowered, clear, and confident again – with a toolkit that gets results without taking the long way round.
