With 25+ years of experience in live sports production, I have had the privilege of working on some of the biggest global sporting events, including the Olympics, FIFA Men's and Women's World Cups, NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournaments, and major soccer championships around the world. My career has spanned event and studio production, where I’ve overseen high-profile broadcasts, developed top-tier talent, and managed large-scale productions across linear and digital platforms. A particular passion of mine has been basketball, especially my involvement in the historic growth of the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament. Seeing its rise to record-breaking ratings has been an unforgettable journey, and I take pride in the role I played in shaping its production and storytelling. Beyond the production truck and studio, I specialize in developing people—both on-air talent and behind-the-scenes teams—to bring out their best in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
