About Beth Chikobe

Beth Chikobe serves as Vice President of People & Culture at World Central Kitchen, where she leads organizational culture and people initiatives for this global humanitarian organization providing meals in response to crises worldwide. Prior to joining WCK, Beth was the Director of Global People Operations at IDinsight, where she was one of the founding members of the Global Operations team. During her tenure, she built critical systems for recruitment, global HR, and safety and security risk management, focusing on streamlining people operations for maximum impact. Her experience in global operations extends to her role as Chief Operating Officer for Special Hope Network, a nonprofit organization providing services to children with intellectual disabilities in Zambia. While based in Zambia, Beth also consulted with various organizations, government ministries, and small businesses on disability inclusion in global development. Beth brings a deep commitment to operational excellence in mission-driven organizations, combining strategic leadership with practical expertise in building scalable people systems. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and an MSc in International Development (Poverty, Inequality, and Development) from the University of Birmingham (UK).
