About Beth Cory

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) though the International Coaching Federation, I get to do what I love, everyday. I believe in the greatness, creativity and capacity within each of us. Linking my passion for strengthening individuals, teams, and leaders is my strike zone and how I live out my personal mission. I believe in the greatness, creativity and capacity within each of us I have devoted my career to working with others to accelerate their growth, enlarge their capacity and maximize their effectiveness. I coach in a holistic, integrated and transforming way. My work with leaders, executives and people invites them to a deeper, fuller and more enlivened way of leading, living and illuminating their greatness. I am passionate about developing extraordinary leadership and the development process that gets them there. A by-product of this work is often better overall well being for the people I am privileged to work with. I partner with high performers, managers, directors and senior leaders to enlarge their actions, relationships and leadership. In this process, we never lose sight of gaining and maintaining clarity of mission, vision and contribution of significance. While results are the target, who you become the victory. In addition to Executive & Leadership Coaching, I work with teams for improved team communication, clarity of motivation and work styles. All this accomplished while always honoring unique gifts, strengths and values we bring to our teams and customers. My amazing clients describe me as laser focused, direct, warm, action-oriented and with the ability to ask insightful questions, all this happens with a sense of humor and an appreciation for fun.
