About Beth Dagenais

I am a passionate and committed professional within the Ontario Public Service, dedicated to continuous learning and contributing to the success of our organization. My career journey began in 2003 as an Ambulance Communications Officer, where I developed a strong foundation in emergency services. I advanced to the role of ACO2 (Supervisor), where I had the privilege of leading, coaching, and mentoring staff while managing frontline operations in the Windsor Central Ambulance Communications Centre. I leapt at the opportunity to join the London CACC as an Operations Manager (A) for 2 and a half years, a role that allowed me to further enhance my leadership skills and broaden my impact within the organization. In January of 2025, I had the privilege to serve as an Operations Manager in Windsor, where I continued to support operational excellence and staff development in a leadership capacity. Most recently, I have decided to return to my permanent position as an ACO1, where I am reunited with my Windsor colleagues on the front lines. Throughout my career, I have consistently cultivated positive and professional relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including colleagues, paramedics, paramedic management, fire and police agencies, hospital staff, and members of the public we serve. I take pride in fostering a professional and approachable rapport with everyone I engage with, ensuring a collaborative and respectful environment that supports our shared goals.
