About Beth Davies

I enjoy working with business owners and executive staff developing and monitoring highly effective retirement programs for their organizations. Each client's unique needs allow me to draw on my depth of knowledge and perspective to offer resourceful solutions to the challenges they face managing their 401(k), 403(b) and pension plans. I gained pension administration, plan design and consulting expertise as a Third Party Administrator starting in 1981 and had the pleasure of sharing mutual clients with RTD Financial from the beginning of my career. It was an honor and a joy to have joined RTD in 2013 and become a shareholder in 2017. The Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation I earned from the Centre for Fiduciary Studies. I am also a Certified Pension Consultant, credentialed by the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. Community involvement has always been a passion of mine, having participated on various committees in my church and local schools. I served on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey for twelve years and was Chair of the Board Development Committee. Currently, I am Secretary and Board member of the ASPPA Benefits Council of Greater Philadelphia and coordinate monthly educational and social programs for our members. I am an avid reader and especially enjoy historical fiction and nonfiction, and a good mystery. In my spare time I love to travel, attend concerts, theatre, and other cultural events. Originally from Central NY I favor spending time in the mountains and on lakes visiting friends and family “upstate.” I enjoy walking Rail Trails, county parks and nature preserves.
