I am a qualified Civil and Structural Engineer with 7 years experience, most recently within the Engineering and Design function with ACCIONA and previously in the Construction delivery function with Lendlease. While I have gained diverse experience across project delivery and planning functions within high pressure environments, I have learned that my greatest attributes are relationship building and leadership which leads to improved cross functional team cohesion and is paramount to success in this incredibly collaborative industry.Project Triumphs: Collaborated with diverse teams to deliver high-impact projects, mastering the delicate balance between on-site execution and strategic planning. I encourage my teams to consider the overall impact of our project and limit our footprint where possible. Balancing Act: Outside the construction realm, I find solace in the outdoors and new, exciting places. Travelling to diverse locations not only satisfies my wanderlust but also provides fresh perspectives that integrate into my project approach. I also enjoy challenging myself and learning new skills anywhere from picking up a violin for the first time, trying my hand at climbing or building an off-grid camper van complete with solar power.
