Beth Eckenrode Senior Global LeaderBeth is a seasoned Program and Operations Executive who has successfully led teams in delivering solutions for global customers’networks worldwide. Beth has managed large international and domestic teams for implementation and maintenance of those networks. She has a proven record creating solutions resulting in customer bid wins which delivered high service levels for the customer and high profitability margins for VZB.Recently, Beth led Pre Sales Solutions/Costing for Customer Premised (CPE) and site support services worldwide for Verizon Business. She is an expert in negotiating and managing vendor support for customer networks post sales. Beth was instrumental working with a large banking network customer consolidating multiple vendor CPE maintenance contracts under one contract with a single vendor driving cost down from $22million to $12million annually. Concurrently through her leadership, Beth managed the entire VZB network infrastructure vendor repair and maintenance contracts. She was recognized in the annual corporation wide “Performance Excellence” awards for the significant cost savings resulting from negotiations of Verizon’s largest network maintenance provider.Prior to this position, Beth has held several Director positions in Global Operations where she has been successful in supporting a customer base which more than doubled in three years. As Director of Global Technical Services, Beth led 140 field engineers in 45 countries in EMEA, LATAM and Asia-Pac responsible for providing customer site support for all of MCI’s international customers. Her talent is in developing, implementing and advising on in sourcing solutions for data cpe installation, site services and maintenance and has resulted in multi-million dollars recurring savings.Beth graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and with graduate work completed in Finance at Seton Hall University.
