One of my strengths is the ability to develop partnerships cross-functionally with operations, merchandising, finance, and marketing, as well as externally, to build brands with supply chain integrity and transparency. Notable achievements: Designed, recruited, and built a sourcing and supply chain innovation team to support core retail functions and own supply chain strategy and business strategy between Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods Market. Delivered best-in-class, end-to-end supply chain performance improvements with both strategic and tactical solutions for efficiency and accuracy. Drove centralized data and technology teams solutions, led process improvements, managed data integrity, oversaw QA, and migrated software from end to end. Pioneered innovative sourcing models, including direct sourcing model for Blue Apron that resulted in significant cost reduction and increased production of specialty produce. I have a master’s degree in city and regional planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor of arts degree from University of Puget Sound.
