I am a Real Estate Professional with over 20 years of experience managing all aspects of a Multi-Family Residential communities including Class "A" and “B” portfolios,(Mid-rise/High-rise communities). In my experience, I have grown from a Community Manager to leading a portfolio of team associates for the past 10 years. My skills, strengths, and talents include: Strong Leadership and Coaching skills, Lease Up's, Property Renovations/Repositioning, Revenue Management, Property Transitions, Site Associate professional development, Marketing, Maintenance, Capital Improvements, Monthly Financial and Annual Budget preparation. My experience has taught me to be an operational “superstar” building positive relationships with my teams, becoming a trusted advisor for my clients/owners, and a true "ambassador" to the company I represent. This has resulted in my communities meeting and or exceeding client/ownership's' NOI and ROI expectations, leasing up and velocity goals, during some of the most challenging economic conditions. I am a proficient user of Yardi, AppFolio, Yieldstar, LRO, Ops Technology, Real Page products, Rent Manager, Avid, Excel, CRM products and Microsoft Office. I am familiar with the MFTE program with the City of Seattle and the reporting expectations. I am driven and motivated to learn and teach as much as I can, as our technology and operational platforms are continuously evolving to meet the demands of our market. As a company leader, I believe that in order to get the best out of your associates, we need to foster a working environment that promotes a live work balance while empowering associates to be creative providing an exceptional customer service experience.
