My key strengths are providing responsive service to diverse audiences of customers, being an outstanding communicator, and conducting my personal and professional life with integrity and joy. I create welcoming and inclusive movement classes for women, men, and children. My leadership and teaching style is open, trustworthy and empowering. My purpose is to help others find the joy of life through lifelong learning and movement. Whether I am teaching dance fitness, volunteering in service to others, or managing patients and clinic operations at an acupuncture clinic, I am a confident, empathetic leader who honors and enjoys all people. Building relationships and helping others are my passion.
