About Beth Gordon

My focus in therapy and psychological wellness is the integration of science, spirit, community and the Self. An avid proponent of evidence based somatic and experiential therapies encourages and renews my commitment to the challenging and rewarding practice of our collaborative healing experience. May we be authentic in this dance. Therapy is a vehicle to drive thought into action, blend choices into balance, and support the seeker and healer within. Happiness is a practice. Simple is not easy. My education is not a vehicle for knowing more, rather, therapy is a process of discovery and an exchange of perceptions, insights, awareness, and understanding. not just stories or limiting narratives that we had to create in order to survive. This journey has afforded me the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. My doctoral work and life experience has helped me attain the specialized knowledge for helping people bring out the best in themselves and connect in a radically positive manner.
