About Beth Graefe

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare performance improvement, Beth is a trusted leader of various consulting practices. Currently Beth serves as the practice lead of Vizient's / Sg2's Life Science Industry consulting team. She is also an active board member of Excelerate, a joint venture between Vizient, Cleveland Clinic, and OhioHealth. Beth lead Excelerate for five years where she managed a team of professionals who deliver customized solutions to help healthcare organizations achieve clinical and financial excellence. Beth is also an accomplished researcher, public speaker, and educator, holding a doctoral degree in organizational leadership and healthcare administration. She is an adjunct professor for two graduate programs in health sciences, where she shares her insights and best practices on topics such as hospital technology development, change management, finance and reimbursement, and physician alignment. Beth is passionate about making a difference in the delivery of care and mentoring the next generation of healthcare leaders.
