I have been fortunate to work for highly-respected affordable housing development organizations. I have been directly responsible for the development of numerous affordable housing projects, including permanent supportive housing, lease-purchase, preservation and other family and senior housing projects. I have been responsible for fundraising, strategic planning, community organizing and supportive services programs, and staff supervision. I spent a year at the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development working on the Neighborhood Stabilization Program in Ohio. I am currently with Enterprise. Previously, I helped lead the Housing First Initiative. Currently, I am an underwriter with Enterprise's northeast region syndication team. My long-term goals are to continue to be a part of the affordable housing industry and to help low and moderate income people have the opportunity for a good life.
