About Beth Hawke

A graduate of youth work and community development with SEN pathway (JNC qualified). I have multiple years of experience working with both adults and young people with learning disabilities involving ADHD, ASD, ADD, PDA and associated challenging behaviours. I understand the importance of early intervention to support young people through the use of tailored support plans and allowing young people to have their own voice. This will empower young people to become involved in their care, realise their potential and live life to their fullest. I am able to collaborate well with other agencies to support the needs of the young person and achieve positive outcomes and tailored support such as psychological interventions and positive behaviour support plans. I have excellent communicate skills and understand the importance of not only multi-agency working but also working with other staff members and parents/guardians.I am a hard working, organised and enthusiastic individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others. Being able to support individuals in all aspects of their lives in a more senior/management role is a long term goal of mine.
