Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a deep commitment to supporting people on their learning journey through better systems, smarter processes, or thoughtful collaboration behind the scenes. I’m passionate about being a resource for others—students, clients, colleagues, or anyone navigating change or growth. Whether it’s offering guidance, simplifying complexity, or just showing up with curiosity and care, I find purpose in uplifting people and helping them move forward with clarity and confidence. My work lives at the intersection of learning, operations, and strategy. I support our team by removing barriers, improving workflows, and ensuring the right tools and systems are in place to bring impactful ideas to life. I’m especially drawn to work that prioritizes accessibility, equity, and continuous improvement. Currently, I serve as Assistant Director at LX Studio, where I help lead the operational strategy behind our human-centered learning experiences. From process development to project execution, I love creating momentum in complex environments and contributing to a culture of learning, experimentation, and thought leadership. At my core, I believe that when people are supported well, they’re able to grow in meaningful, impactful ways—and I’m honored to play a role in making that possible.
