WHO I AM WHAT I DO Early in my career, I led public relations for running, women’s sports, and Olympic categories, and served as a national spokesperson for product roadshows and media/TV appearances at Nike. At Child and Family Resource Council, I lead all communications and marketing efforts for an organization serving at-risk families. At Providence Health, I was quickly promoted from senior manager to communications director. In my current role, I oversee employee communications across 9,500 employees, serve as a public information officer with 24/7 crisis response, and advise 11 senior leadership team members on media relations, crisis responses, and other executive communications. SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS • Lead communication team through significant challenges, including COVID-19 response and extensive labor negotiations with a potential nursing strike, maintaining community trust. • Partner with media outlets on earned media stories, sponsorships, and advertising, expanding social media following by 260% over last two years. • Led national and regional media coverage for clients, including NPR, Wired Magazine, Philadelphia Magazine, and OR and WA states. • Created donor ambassador program and garnered positive media coverage, increasing donations by 200% in first year.
