About Beth Jackson

I love to create the future! There is nothing like starting from a concept or a rough idea to fostering it into a flourishing reality. I have worked at Nike for over 25 years and have had the privilege to work alongside some of the most talented global creation teams who have designed, developed, and delivered innovative product season over season. They were some of the most important experiences in my career. It wasn’t always easy, but we had a lot of fun. I inherited a deep understanding of Nike’s functional expertise and it contributed to growing the skills I apply in my work today: strong work ethic, empathy, ingenuity, being deliberately bold, resilience, and teamwork. For the last 15 years, my roles have been focused on Digital Product Creation and Digital Transformation. I was the first 3D Creation Lead hired for apparel and part of the initial digital team that was formed to explore, develop, and implement integrated 2D and 3D product lifecycles. My team developed global standards, foundational software tools, partnered with software vendors. This work evolved functionality, implemented new methods of make, provided training, and enabled designing and developing in-app and standalone customized solutions, automation, and evergreen foundational pipelines.
