About Beth Jacob
Educating student nurses, graduate nurses, and patients and their families has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my nursing career. I pursued this passion by precepting new staff RNs of varying experience levels for more than 10 years in a pediatric ICU. From 2015-2017, I served as one of the Unit Orientation Coordinators for a 24-bed Pediatric Surgical/Trauma ICU. In 2019, I completed my MS in nursing, with a focus on clinical education. In addition to education, I have a deep interest in caring for surgical patients. I currently split my time between teaching nursing clinicals and being a circulating RN in a Level 1 trauma hospital.
